Service

PeopleCue provides a Chrome extension and backend service for private interaction memory on X. It helps a signed-in user save context from visible interactions, review memories, and request AI-assisted suggestions.

PeopleCue does not post automatically, send direct messages, scrape hidden X network data, mass crawl profiles, or provide a shared team CRM in the current tier set.

Accounts and subscription

You need an account to use PeopleCue. PeopleCue is a paid product with Solo, Duo, and Trio subscription plans. Billing is handled through Stripe. Subscription status and plan determine access to product features and monthly credits.

Acceptable use

• Do not violate laws or platform rules.
• Do not store or process data you do not have permission to use.
• Do not build mass profile databases or scraped people lists.
• Do not generate spam, harassment, manipulation, or deceptive outreach.
• Do not try to extract secrets, bypass access controls, or attack the service.
• Do not treat AI suggestions as automatic posts without human review.

User content and AI output

Your saved interactions, manual notes, memories, and reply drafts remain your product data. You are responsible for the content you choose to save manually. AI suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, awkward, or unsuitable, so you are responsible for reviewing and editing suggestions before using them.

Data controls and availability

PeopleCue provides controls to pause capture, adjust capture settings, export data, delete data, and manage billing. Deletion removes product data from active product views. Backup retention needs a final operational policy. [PLACEHOLDER - needs final backup retention policy]

PeopleCue is provided as a private beta and may change, break, or be unavailable. Beta users may encounter X DOM changes, browser extension issues, provider outages, or incomplete documentation.
